Kings Backgate Development

Statement from Kings' Representative
 
Ashley King Developments are proposing a new residential development scheme of 37 residential units at Backgate, Cowbit. The scheme will meet Cowbit long term housing requirements on the most appropriate site in the village which is within the village envelope and well related to existing houses and open space. Cowbit has been identified by South Holland DC as a service village capable of sustaining between 25 and 50 residential units in the future.
